Intimacy Machine - working in progress

Intimacy Machine reveals the face of the person that you are hugging. The user experiences the intimacy both from the action of hugging and the live video feed of the person's face. This could be also be used for long distance hugging. Ultimately, I question the quality of the sensations of intimacy offered through technology. What is intimacy without humanity?
